How We Got Started: The Story of “Waterseal Waterproofing”

Mr Simon Benjamin (founder of Waterseal) has been associated with various fields such as acrylic molds, fiber statues, sculptures, fountains, laminating items, etc. for many years. His interest in different chemical-based fields made him use many chemicals for different purposes. He was looking for a chemical that could be applied to natural clay sculptures to prevent water damage. He conducted many experiments to make a chemical for waterproof purposes. He did personal research on making such chemicals and tried some of the imported and local chemicals. His efforts to make such a chemical were successful in protecting the clay sculptures from water damage.es from water damage.

After having success with this chemical, one fine day he thought of trying the chemical to stop his leaking water tank. His attempt was 100% successful. After that, he began to apply the chemical coating to repair seepage and leaks in the neighborhood houses, which was also successful.

In 1995, considering the successful waterproofing results, he decided to produce his chemical “Waterseal PSV” on a commercial basis and offer waterproofing services. After some advertising and his efforts, the company soon received small and private waterproofing projects. The company was soon known for its excellent waterproofing services and guaranteed work at affordable prices.
